UPS DELIVERY TIME MAP
Shipping rates will vary depending upon the weight of the order, and delivery method chosen by the customer. Please refer to the map below for approximate UPS Ground shipping times from Zip Code 10456. Please note that UPS delivers Monday through Saturday except holidays.

SHIPPING HOURS
We try our best to ship out your orders on the same day, but with a high volume of orders it may take up to 3 business days when all the items are in-stock and 7-10 business days when items are not-in-stock.
Usually if we receive the orders before 11:00 AM EST there is a higher chance that your order will be shipped out the same day, as long as all the items are in-stock. If you urgently need your order, you can always make a special request to our sales representative by leaving us a comment on the check-out box or contacting us.
The UPS pick-up truck always arrives by 3:00PM EST; we must prepare all shipments by this time.
If you order after 11:00AM EST we might not be able to prepare it on time. In this case, the shipment will be scheduled to ship on the next day.
BACK ORDERS
If the items that you've purchased is out of stock, it will be placed as a back order. This means we will ship it out as soon as we restock. Our shipping department will always contact you regarding this issue and you may decide to either keep it as a back order, exchange it with something else, or cancel it. You will not be charged twice for any standard back order shipping fee.
You might receive more than one shipment to complete your order. When Seamless items are not-in-stock, the shipping period could take up to 7-10 business days before they ship. When items are out-of stock, please contact us for new arrival dates. All back order items are shipped out via Standard Delivery, unless specified otherwise.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At this time we do not offer International Shipping. RETURN POLICY

However, in the very rare case that you have an issue, please do not hesitate to contact us to resolve any problem you may have. Just use the Contact Us page. Our customers are our life blood. DAMAGES
If your package has arrived damaged, please take a photograph of the damage and send us an E-mail, with your picture attached, within 7 days upon receiving your order. Please do not forget in include the corresponding Invoice # in the SUBJECT area, as well as, in the body of the email. Once we receive this notice we will contact you and inform you if you are entitled to a replacement or not. NOTE: Do not return your package. (* see RETURN POLICY for more information.)
CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel please call our customer service center: 1-800-285-1237 as soon as you place your order to check if you could modify your order, however, if your order has already been shipped, then we can not cancel, neither add additional items to that order.
