I LOVE THIS COMPANY!

In November of 2019, before this website was available, Mr. Marin added me to the company eNewsletter and I am so glad he did. A few days later I received an email from the company to inform me that if I wanted they would make sure I received their Sofrito so I could use it for Thanksgiving. We eventually connected and as a present they also gave me their "Puerto Rican Style Pork Roast Rub" which they said will be released next year.

OMG!!!! THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!! I made a HUGH pernil (roast pork) and it was incredible. It took me less time to season it than it has in the past, but it was the "Mi Sofrito Puro" that took it from a 10 to 100. I also used the Sofrito in my arroz con gandules and almost everything I cooked. My husband complemented me a million times and all my guests wanted to know what I put in the food that made it taste so good.
